TradersNation.com, offers direct access to Pink Sheet and OTCBB trading shells. We have a variety of shells available at all times. Sellers (sellers click here) that we work with offer 100% clean shells. No legal issues, no debt and no issues with the SEC.
Most shell sales involve a "daisy chain" of finders that mark the price up a few thousand dollars each. So, many buyers are faced with steeply priced shells because of the number of individuals involved in the deal. We have seen Pink Sheet shells marked up as much as $20,000 dollars just on "finders fees" alone.
Pink Sheet Shells
We have plenty of Pink shells available for cash sales. We will consider any equity deal as long as we can see a business plan and financials of the company that is planned to merge into the shell. And if we are doing an equity deal with you, then we will absolutely provide the IR/PR work. All shells come with restricted stock as well as free trading stock. As the amount of stock required above 95% goes up, so does the price. We can deliver up to 99.3% of the stock but for a significantly higher price.
Steps to Obtain a Pink Sheet Shell for Cash:
Fill out the form at the bottom of the page. We will give you a call and discuss your requirements. We can deliver Pink Sheet shells for cash as quickly as the client can produce the funding.
Pink Sheet Equity Deals:
We have Pink Sheet shells available for equity as well. We will need to see a business plan, executive summary, two-year audited financial statements if available and any other information that would be helpful in making our decision on any equity deal.
OTCBB Shells
Same as with Pink Sheet Shells, except delivery will take longer (pending approval of paperwork). Same rules apply to acquire an OTCBB shell. We can sell shells outright or work an equity deal. Also, OTCBB shells vary widely with regard to structure. WE NEED TO KNOW YOUR REQUIREMENTS SO THAT WE MAY MATCH YOUR REQUIREMENTS WITH AN AVAILABLE SHELL. We will not send out Term Sheets for OTCBB Shells. We have to process a large number of leads each day for shells. We must quickly determine if an agent or buyer is serious or not.
