What is the CEO Council?
The CEO Council is a 501(c)-6 non-proift advocacy organization representing the interests of small public companies, their management, and shareholders.

The
Council is a member-based organization composed primarily of small public companies CEOs and Directors -- in addition to practitioners and individual investors. The CEO Council maintains a full-time presence in Washington, DC to represent its members and educate legislators, regulators, and government agencies on small public companies.

The Council's central goals are bringing increased integrity, transparency, investor protection, and access to capital for small public companies and investors. Presently, the CEO Council is attempting to accomplish this by holding small- and micro-cap companies to higher standards -- a recognized membership classification of the Council known as "Best Practice Leaders". A list of companies classified as Best Practice Leaders and the standards can be found here on Traders Nation or at the Council's site. The CEO Council Site: www.ceocouncil.net
