Founder of netsourcing service provider Intira Corp., which successfully raised more than $250 million and sold to Divine Interventures (NASDAQ: DVIN).

KEVIN BACHUS - President and Chief Operating Officer
20 years experience in the game development industry as a developer, marketer, production executive, and platform manufacturer. Founding member (one of four) of the original Microsoft team who pioneered the Xbox. Managed the Xbox programs and processes that lead to the strongest software line-up ever for the launch of a game console. Founding member and VP of Publishing at Capital Entertainment Group. Worked in a number of business and production roles at software publisher Mindscape, Inc.

ANDREW SCHNEIDER - Senior Vice President of Marketing
Served as Senior Vice President of Broadband Content for Sony Pictures Digital Entertainment (SPDE), where he was responsible for developing online broadband entertainment based on Columbia Tristar Television Group and Sony Pictures Entertainment brands. Former Director of Marketing for Columbia Tristar Interactive and Senior Producer for NBC Marketing Interactive. Served as a senior producer for NBC Marketing Interactive.

TY GRAHAM - Vice President of Product Development
Nine year veteran of Microsoft; where he created the Windows Hardware Quality Labs (WHQL) a testing facility charted with ensuring compatibility between Windows and the wide range of hardware and device drivers. Became Microsoft's first hardware evangelist for DirectX, the multimedia technology that serves as the foundation for audio and video in Windows.
