Daran Grimm
Daran Grimm's Direct Sales Career began over 30 years ago as a Sales Rep for Avon Cosmetics while she attended California State University at Fullerton. After graduation, Ms. Grimm became the youngest buyer for Bullocks Department Stores and worked with fashion designers Ann Klein, Bill Blass and others. After her career in fashion buying, she returned to Direct Sales and became one of the Top Five Distributors in a nutritional company in the early 1980s. Shortly thereafter she introduced her husband Ray to the Direct Sales industry, and together they helped co-found 3 highly successful companies. Over the past 15 years Ms. Grimm has been very active with Childhelp USA and is Vice President of the San Diego Chapter.

Ms. Grimm's lifelong dream was to start a Company for women, by women. Along with her daughters, Daran's vision of helping women help and feel their best is now a reality. Her deep desire to inspire women to achieve their dreams and goals led to the creation of FemOne, Inc.

Ray W. Grimm Jr.
Ray Grimm is a seasoned and highly regarded executive in the Direct Selling Industry with a track record that includes the successful launch of three companies, each achieving over $50 million in annual sales within their first five years. Mr. Grimm has served as Chairman, CEO, President and COO in these companies. He recently sold his interest in a 15 year old Direct Sales Company that he cofounded in 1989 to start FemOne, Inc. Mr. Grimm believes companies are a reflection of their people and surrounds himself with the best in the industry. His management style creates an attractive work environment where empowerment defines the corporate culture. Mr. Grimm's professional affiliations include being a member of the Direct Selling Association (DSA), a board member of the Multilevel Marketing International Association (MLMIA), a member of the UCLA Chancellors Associates, President of the California State Board of Childhelp USA, member of San Diego State Big 64, and sits on the Board of Advisors and Directors of a number of companies in Southern California.

Dr. JJ Meier
Dr. JJ Meier's Direct Sales career of over 20 years spans successful organizations with companies such as Avon and Vivienne Woodard. In her early twenties she moved into the retail sector with Merle Norman Cosmetics where she was the youngest corporate trainer in the company. Dr. Meier also worked as a distributor for Nutri-Metics Cosmetics headquartered in Sydney, Australia where she built a two continent downline and traveled as a field trainer. On a parallel career track, Dr. Meier and her husband owned and operated "The Facefinders Network", Inc., a model and talent industry-scouting network. She also built an organization with Body Wise International and later became a corporate consultant for international direct-selling companies. She designed and implemented company marketing materials, corporate videos, corporate public relations strategies and produced major corporate events. Dr. Meier holds a Doctorate Degree in Holistic Theology and sits on the Board of "The World Talent Alliance", an entertainment industry trade association.

Rachel Freno
Vice President, Operations / COO
Ms. Rachel Freno has over 10 years of experience in the Direct Selling industry. Specializing in Operations, her expertise includes telecommunications, infrastructure development, database management, systems implementation and management, and end user support. She has managed projects that include call center implementations, migration from legacy systems to state of the art technology, software specification requirements, and support of those new technologies. Ms. Freno has had the opportunity to work for several multi million dollar companies, starting with them from inception and supporting them through their exponential growth throughout both the US and Canada.

Cindi Moore
Ms. Moore has been our controller since October 2003. She brings ten years management accounting, financial analysis and securities reporting experience to the Company. Ms. Moore was a member of the startup team of Avanir Pharmaceuticals (AMEX: AVN) and was its controller from 1995 to 1999. Ms. Moore's financial and accounting experience has primarily been in the biotech, software development, and manufacturing industries. She brings to FemOne experience in starting accounting departments, building efficient accounting teams, as well as hands on experience in securities reporting and investor communications. Ms. Moore holds a certificate in accounting from UCSD.

Lynda Cormier
National Sales and Training Director
Lynda Cormier is a wife, mother, professional speaker and author whose extensive career began as a top rated sales representative and trainer for Fortune 100 companies, including Jostens and Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceuticals. An expert team builder, Ms. Cormier set records in growing her own organization with the 2nd largest networking company in the world. Her combined background in Corporate America and in the Direct Selling Industry led her to her true passion of helping bring out the best in others. A graduate from the University of Southern California, Ms. Cormier also studied at Cambridge University in England and holds a degree in English Literature.

Danica Grimm
Vice President
Danica Grimm brings an extensive background as an Event Coordinator to the company. With strong customer relations skills, Ms. Grimm is highly experienced in sales bringing more than 5 years experience as the top salesperson for La Jolla Motoring while from 1993-1998. Furthermore, she was the Top Sales Manager and Trade Show Coordinator with in 1999. At 16, Danica caught the attention of the modeling industry, she was named 'Photogenic International Model of the Year' in New York City's IMTA (International Model Talent Association). Ms. Grimm graduated from U.C.L.A. in 1998 with a BA in Studio Art. As a junior at UCLA she was the Pan Hellenic Delegate serving as a liaison for the U.C.L.A. Sorority System. Ms. Grimm, along with sister Darah, oversees Sales, Marketing and Training for the 2SIS product line.

Darah Grimm
Vice President
Darah Grimm is a graduate of UCLA in 2002, with a B.A. in Sociology. She has an extensive background in event planning while working with Estate of Affairs for the past 5 years, in addition to being the top sales representative for Dickie Walker Marine Clothing Company in 2001. Darah's expertise includes organizing, staffing and managing Trade Show booths for the Natural Products Industry and Body Wise International. Ms. Grimm, along with sister Danica, oversees Product Development, Sales, Marketing and Training for the 2SIS product line. And with five years of runway modeling experience and a passion for cosmetics, she is excited to provide a new business opportunity for young female college graduates.

Director, Administration
Ms. Buckalew has extensive experience in both management and financial areas from the development phase to daily operations. Creating solutions while integrating office relationships coupled with design and implementation of policies and procedures for day-to-day operations. Accomplishments include creating and maintaining financial records for several different entities. Her proficiency in back office operations and financial needs produce an efficient administrative center.

Tammy Boonstra

Ms. Boonstra is a Public Relations and Media Consultant with more than 12 years of experience in television news and corporate production -- writing, producing and reporting, as well as corporate communications in the Direct Selling industry. Ms. Boonstra has won numerous awards and recognition while working for ABC and NBC affiliates in the Southeast.
