Advertising Account Representative / AAR Manager

Advertising Account Representative
Position Requirements: Responsible for selling web site and broadcast advertising, prospect new business, as well as follow-up on accounts. The position requires a dedicated individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to customer service and personal success. The right candidate is intelligent, well organized, self-motivating, personable and well versed in computer skills including Word, and Excel.

Pay Scale
• High percentage straight commission

Duties
• Develop new customers and maintain customer relationships

• Processing contracts and consummate closings

• Customer service/problem solving

Required skills include:
• Basic understanding of advertising sales

• Excellent customer service skills

• Excellent Communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task/time management skills

• Experience with sales, contact management, and tracking opportunities

AAR Manager
Position Requirements: Responsible for selling web site and broadcast advertising, as well as follow-up account management. Our AAR managers build relationships with existing customers, prospect new business and recruit new sales staff. The AAR Managers are an integral part of all aspects of sales activities, from initial contact, to contract preparation, to after-sale feedback and AAR recruiting. Qualifications include outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, exceptional organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently, excellent follow-through and attention to detail, leadership abilities and entrepreneurial spirit, ability to travel on occasion, and computer proficiency helpful.

Pay Scale
• High percentage straight commission plus percentage commission of your AAR team

Duties
• Manage recruited AAR team

• Develop new customers and maintain customer relationships

• Processing contracts and consummate closings

• Customer service/problem solving
