About DMT Energy Inc.
DMT Energy Inc. ("DMT") was incorporated in August 2003 to appraise, acquire, explore and develop strategic Western Canadian oil and gas exploitation opportunities based on proprietary geological, geophysical and production data evaluation technology available to the Company.

Initially the Company will focus on attaining a 10 - 30 % Working Interest participation in a number of relatively low-risk prospects with potential to generate cash flow in the near term. The Company also intends to attain a 5 - 15% Working Interest participation in some higher profile gas prospects in Northeast British Columbia. Going forward, DMT will attempt to acquire lands and develop prospects and drilling opportunities based on existing in-house research.

Mr. DaSilva has acted as President of Maddison Investment Corp. for the last 9 years. Maddison Investment has provided diverse consulting and assistance in the areas of business planning and development, raising venture capital, mergers & acquisition for a number of private and publicly listed companies in various industries and sectors including financial services, advanced technology, industrial manufacturing, energy and natural resources.

Mr. DaSilva was also a key advisor to a number of companies moving from both private to public and public to private. His previous experience includes 12 years as a senior buyer with one of the largest Canadian natural resource companies. Mr. DaSilva also serves as a Director of another public company

Giuliano A. Tamburrino

Since 1997 Mr. Tamburrino has been President of Cavallino Investment Corp. ("CIC"), a private venture capital and consulting company in Calgary, AB. CIC provides venture capital and business consulting services to private and public companies in a variety of industries and sectors including technology/software, industrial manufacturing and energy & natural resources. Mr. Tamburrino has provided both business consulting and financial services to a number of companies private and public. To date, Mr. Tamburrino has raised both privately and publicly in excess of $7,500,000 US for various projects during the past few years.

In 1993 Mr. Tamburrino was co-founder and senior executive for a junior EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) provider of oil & gas facilities. Through his 7 year involvement with EPC Mr. Tamburrino was responsible for Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Budget Preparation, Corporate Governance, Financial Reporting, Acquisitions and most importantly the Creation & Implementation of Business and Revenue Models. In September 1998 Mr. Tamburrino successfully completed the only IPO on the CDNX (Canada's junior stock exchange) during a 6 month period for his EPC firm.

Mr. Tamburrino currently sits on the board of a number of private and public companies in various industries.
