Jeremy Dallow
President
Jeremy Dallow has been an entrepreneur in sports and entertainment for the last ten years. Under Jeremy’s leadership, Ckrush Entertainment was able to sign Artie Lange (, obtain the financing, as well as manage, promote, and distribute, “Beer League”!” It takes both vision and sweat equity to take a small company into the entertainment arena with this degree of success.
In addition to “Beer League” , Jeremy was instrumental in arranging financing and helping produce “National Lampoon’s TV the Movie” and “National Lampoon’s Pledge This”. . He also played an integral part in producing several other movies and negotiating a joint venture with Identity Films.
Prior to joining Ckrush, Jeremy was a principal in two separate ventures, which positioned him perfectly for his current responsibilities.
In the late 1990s, he founded Bulldog Boxing Management. While.there he managed dozens of boxers, many of whom fought at the world championship level, including heavyweight Shannon Briggs, cruiserweight Al “Ice” Cole, and former Olympic champ Danell Nicholson.
Roy Roberts

In addition to serving as the Company's CEO, Mr. Roberts will also serve as a Director of Ckrush. Most recently he served as the CEO of Sparkle Industries, a manufacturing company. His entertainment background includes positions as CFO of Worldwide Entertainment & Sports, a publicly traded sports & entertainment company and CFO of Palisades Entertainment, one of the nation's leading independent film distribution companies.
Jan E. Chason
CFO
Mr. Chason, a Certified Public Accountant, brings more than 36 years of experience in financial management and control, strategic planning and financing. Prior to joining Ckrush he served as the Chief Financial Officer and/or other senior financial executive roles for Majesco Entertainment Company and 3 other public companies including SFX Entertainment Inc., the world's largest promoter and producer of live entertainment events, where he served in several senior corporate positions, directing M&A, financing, and other matters. Prior to these roles, Mr. Chason was a Partner with Ernst & Young LLP.
