A.G. Media Group, Inc. was established to become a leading Christian media holding company comprising Christian-based internet, print, radio and television related content properties and technology development services. The Company will develop and acquire additional synergistic Christian media properties to establish a multi-dimensional media company. A.G. Media is also focused on the development of valuable, high demand content for distribution through multiple media outlets and through its continually growing audience base.

The goal of A.G. Management Team

The A.G. Media Group management team represents a unique combination of expertise in various areas of corporate management, business development and technology along with a clear dedication to the Christian industry.

Chairman and CEO
Michael Kron began his career at Ernst Young. In 1996, Mr. Kron co-founded Miazzi Ventures Inc., a technology incubator for early stage investments. While serving as CEO of Miazzi through 2004, Mr. Kron raised over $20 million in equity financing. Mr. Kron co-founded and assumed the role of CFO of, a leading internet meta-search engine, and sold it to Intasys Corporation, recently renamed, Inc. (NASDAQ:MAMA) at a valuation of $44 million.

Mr. Kron currently sits on the boards of two public companies, A.G. Media Group (Pink Sheets) and Grand Toys (NASDAQ) as well as several private companies, investment funds and non-profit organizations including: Miazzi Ventures Inc., Sliq Media Technologies, Inc. ( and, Inc. (

Mr. Kron is active in the Montreal, Canada business community where he sits on the board of a long-established, not for profit business association, the Montefiore Club of Montreal. In 2000, Michael received the Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the PME Fund of Montreal in recognition of his success as an incubator of start-up companies.

Mr. Kron recently finalized the acquisition of, Inc. by A.G. Media Group where he is now Chairman and CEO.

President and Co-Founder
Pierre Redding brings over 15 years of successful marketing and business development experience from the technology, music and media industries to A.G. Media Group, Inc.

In the early 1990s Mr. Redding held various sales management roles with Preferred Systems, Inc, a leading network applications developer, where he contributed key sales and direction instrumental in the company's successful acquisition by software industry giant, Computer Associates, Inc. Over the past seven years Mr. Redding has worked in new media technologies. As Vice President of Business and Corporate Development for Zactus, Inc., a music community development and information web services company, he managed and executed the company's ASP programs and strategic alliances. Prior to Zactus, Mr. Redding served as Senior Director of Business Development for, Inc, one of the first major online music and entertainment companies. In this role, he was responsible for generating over 60% of the company's total revenue, as well as shaping a more broad business direction for the company's growth.

Mr. Redding is an established leader in both the Christian music and entertainment and technology arenas. His advanced strategic business sense and extensive knowledge of media and technology enable him to effectively drive A.G. Media's direction as well as create diversified business relationships and initiatives that generate both revenue and opportunity. His visionary leadership has forged many successful collaborations both inside and outside of the Christian industry.

Mr. Redding participates regularly in national Christian industry events and serves as a regular panelist and instructor at the annual Gospel Heritage Foundation Conference. He is also a professional member of the Gospel Music Association and the Gospel Music Workshop of America.

Mr. Redding's business expertise and experience, coupled with his broad music and entertainment background and a desire to affect positive change in media, brought him to co-found A.G. Media Group. He looks forward to bridging the gap between spiritual and secular, and is committed to joining the communities through a variety of media outlets.

Chief Financial Officer
Nina Silverstone is a Chartered Accountant and brings over eight years of extensive accounting experience, specializing in technology, communications and entertainment companies, both publicly traded and private.

This experience was gained through a unique combination of rigorous formal training as a professional accountant at leading accounting firm, Ernst & Young, and more recently, working with Miazzi Ventures Inc., a technology incubator for early stage investments, and its portfolio companies. While at Ernst & Young, Ms. Silverstone managed special mandates including prospectuses and due diligence audits related to M&A transactions (acquisitions and divestitures). As CFO of Miazzi Ventures Inc. and several of its portfolio companies, Ms. Silverstone participated directly in numerous aspects of the portfolio companies' businesses and worked with them to develop profitable business models, manage cash flow and budget expenditures appropriately, perform financial modeling and assisted in capital raising initiatives and investor presentations. Through her career progression at Ernst & Young and at Miazzi Ventures, Ms. Silverstone developed strong leadership and supervisory skills and the ability to manage multiple teams and projects within budgetary and time constraints.

Actively involved in the Montreal, Canada business community, Ms. Silverstone has developed an extensive network of business contacts in the areas of strategic marketing, new media technology development and finance. Ms. Silverstone has also consulted for both start-up and traditional companies in the areas of effective financial controls and business practices.

Ms. Silverstone is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Quebec Order of Chartered Accountants.

As a member of a lean and dynamic management team, Ms. Silverstone possesses a broad based skill set enabling her to fulfill multiple tasks within A.G. Media including: financial and administrative management, public company corporate governance, project planning and management, human resources and recruiting along with active collaboration with the other executive team members in the areas of business model development, sales and marketing, strategic alliance development and technology development planning.

Chief Operating Officer
Richard Picart is the Chief Operating Officer for A.G. Media Group and is responsible for managing the day-to-day business operations of its subsidiaries.

Richard Picart is the founder of Mekehla Music Group, a Toronto-based recording arts management company specializing in Christian music and consultation. A strategic leader, seasoned marketer and communicator, Mr. Picart brings over a 15 years of music industry experience and consistently deploys fresh initiatives that expand profile awareness while facilitating stable and measurable revenue streams.

Mr. Picart is recognized in North America as a specialist in gospel music and is committed to the long term convergence of Christian entertainment and lifestyle content with conventional and new media.

Mr. Picart is a also a frequent keynote speaker and music industry panellist . Recent appearances include Tyndale College Music and Arts Seminar, International Urban Music Conference, Gospel Music Association Canada and Canadian Music Week.

Richard currently serves as a member of the Association for Internet Marketing and Sales, Gospel Music Association, Gospel Music Workshop of America, International Manager Forum, Foundation to Assist Canadian Talent O n Records (FACTOR) and is a professor of music business at Canada Christian College.

Chief Technology Officer
Nick Bembridge brings to A.G. Media an extensive background encompassing a wide range of technologies. His well-rounded experience enables him to execute an intelligent and practical approach to technology application.

Mr. Bembridge began his technical career in mobile computing and client side networking, an area that enabled him to closely analyze and assess end user computing habits and trends as well as gain specialized knowledge in portable architecture, becoming a highly skilled resource in the domain.

In recent years, prior to joining A.G. Media, Mr. Bembridge served as Network Administrator/Systems Administrator for an Internet Service Provider where he designed, implemented and maintained all internet related services (DNS, MAIL, Web servers, Scripting languages). He later co-founded NetWired Solutions, a provider of web design and development services, where he served as Chief Technology Officer. In his position at NetWired, Mr. Bembridge developed software for a variety of markets including: Stock Photography, ATM Management, Peer to Peer Messaging and Automated Websites and Services. Possessing a wealth of knowledge in a variety of platforms and protocols, Mr. Bembridge demonstrates the unique ability to conceive, design, implement and maintain a technology infrastructure from the ground up.

Mr. Bembridge is also an active and highly sought after contributor to the Open Source Community.

Mr. Bembridge is the leader of the technology services and programming team at A.G. Media Group and oversees the design, construction and implementation of all aspects of the Company's technical products, services and infrastructure.

Vice President, Business Development
Dr. Azimov is the Co-founder and CEO of Miazzi Ventures Inc., a leading early stage Canadian venture capital fund, founded in 1996. Dr. Azimov has over five years of direct private equity experience, focusing on seed capital investments in startup Internet related companies. Responsibilities included forming corporate infrastructure, investment structuring and business development. Dr. Azimov was the Co-founder and President of Zellers Optical Centers and sold his company to National Vision Associates of Atlanta who operate the Wal-Mart Vision Centers.
